These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between DAQUEM LTD, (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), and users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") of the website https://www.alemao.app/ web application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). By accessing or using the App, Users agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
The App facilitates the provision of transportation services by connecting Users with independent transportation providers. Users may request transportation services through the App, and transportation providers may accept such requests. Additionally, the App provides ancillary services, including fare estimation, payment processing, and ratings/reviews.
3. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the App. By using the App, Users represent and warrant that they meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Transportation Providers
Transportation providers utilizing the App are independent contractors and not agents, employees, or partners of the Company. They are solely responsible for their own actions, including the provision of transportation services and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. User Conduct
Users agree to utilize the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Users must refrain from engaging in any activity that could disrupt, damage, or impair the functionality of the App or interfere with other Users' use of the App.
6. Payment
Payment for transportation services booked through the App shall be made electronically via payment methods accepted by the Company. The Company reserves the right to charge a service fee for each transaction processed through the App.
7. Cancellation
Users may cancel a transportation service request made through the App subject to the following conditions:
•   If a User cancels a request before a transportation provider accepts it, no cancellation fee will be charged.
•   If a User cancels a request after a transportation provider has accepted it, the User may be charged a cancellation fee, the amount of which will be determined by the Company and communicated to the User prior to confirmation of the cancellation.
8. Privacy Notice
The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of its Users. The App may collect certain personal information from Users, including but not limited to their name, contact information, and location data. 9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to Users' use of the App, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of profits, or loss of data.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
